WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING ONLINE?

Since we are working with an overseas fulfilment centre please allow 4-7 days for your tracking number to be updated in their system once your shipping confirmation email is received

Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has in fact shipped. Some tracking numbers may display that your order is not found even when it is well on its way to you, this is because Asia, USA are large International postal hubs and updating their tracking systems can take time. 

Why does delivery take 3-6 weeks?

Standard shipping normally deliver within 3-5 weeks. We ship from US, Europe and Asia depending on which supplier warehouse or factory the product is produced. Usually 12-20 days for USA and 21 to 45 days for other countries. In rare cases, delivery may take 60 days due to item popularity, delay in customs clearance getting longer, adverse weather conditions, local public holidays or some unexpected issues.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We source our inventory from several Fishing outlets within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralised fulfilment centre in Asia that all of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfilment centre, please allow for up to 1-3 weeks for shipping and up to 3-5 weeks if the order is international. 

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated. 

LOST STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Angling shack ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Korea, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Israel, and New Zealand, South Africa.

Are the packages assured?

Rest assured that our selected courier company is track able online. Once your order is shipped out, an email with tracking number will be sent to you, and you can follow its journey by tracking on the related official website. 

Why did I receive only 1 item, when I ordered more?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. This is due to logistics and they are stored at different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once…they will get to you!

WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?

Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfilment centre it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control. 

In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

If i want to return an item ?

Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. Here’s how easy it is:

1. Simply contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receiving your item via our Contact Us Page
2. We will issue you a Return Authorisation number that will be used to track your return along with the address to mail it to
3. Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it and found it to be in new/unused condition we will issue you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other charges.
4. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks once your order has arrived back at the warehouse. Email us your return tracking number for the fastest service.
5. Sorry, but we do not offer returns for our free, just pay shipping items 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM YOU?

Customer satisfaction is the most important factor for us. We will do our best to answer you on the same day that you send your email or Facebook message, and no longer than 48 hours.

BACK-ORDERS

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it!  Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients! 

If the item is back-ordered longer than two weeks, a refund can be issued upon request to info@anglingshack.com
